Family Emergency Card - Privacy Policy

1. Information We Store

Family Emergency Card stores only the information that you voluntarily enter into the app.

• Name and profile details
• Profile photo
• Date of birth / age
• Blood type
• Height and weight
• Known allergies
• Medications
• Additional medical notes
• Primary and secondary emergency contacts
• All information is stored locally on your device only.

2. Data Storage

• The app does not use any servers, cloud services, or external databases.
• All data is stored using Apple's on-device storage technologies.
• The developer has no access to your data.

3. Data Usage and Sharing

Family Emergency Card:

• Does not transmit data over the internet.
• Does not share data with third parties.
• Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
• The app functions fully offline.

4. Data Export and Import

You may choose to manually export or import your data within the app.

• All export and import actions are user-initiated.
• No automatic synchronization is performed.
• Data is never uploaded to developer-controlled servers.
• You remain fully in control of any data you choose to share or transfer.

5. Permissions

The app may request the following permission:

Camera access is used only to take a profile photo when you choose to do so.

For photo selection, the app uses Apple's scoped photo picker, which does not grant access to your entire photo library and does not require additional permissions.

6. Data Deletion

All data stored by Family Emergency Card is deleted when the app is removed from your device.

You may also delete individual profiles or records within the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Family Emergency Card does not knowingly collect data from children.

Any information related to minors is entered voluntarily by a parent or legal guardian.
